In a global effort to raise awareness on breast cancer, October has been designated as the Pink Month. Pink month is a month dedicated to educate & create awareness about breast cancer.
We at Al Sharhan Industries express our solidarity in the pursuit of a world where breast cancer is not only treatable but preventable. Breast cancer awareness month serves as a powerful platform to promote awareness, advocacy that we need to educate ourselves and the people around us about the key risk factors, since more than 30% of cancer cases could be prevented by modifying lifestyle or avoiding risk factors, including early identification, signs and symptoms associated.
This year’s theme, “No one should face breast cancer alone,” serves as a reminder for providers to consider the many ways they can partner with patients and families in the prevention, detection, and treatment of breast cancer.
